Rochester, New York 22 April 2017 – As part of a program to provide passport and consular services to Filipinos and Filipino-Americans within its jurisdiction, the Philippine Consulate General held its fifth consular outreach for this year at Radisson Hotel Rochester Airport hosted in cooperation with the Filipino-American Association of Rochester (FAAR) led by its President, Ms. Bella Ambubuyog and Mr. Mar Doromal, project coordinator.
