PCGNY Delivers Consular Services to Filipino-Americans in Rhode Island

NEW YORK, 24 July 2017 – The Philippine Consulate General New York (PCGNY) returned to Rhode Island last 22 to 23 July to provide passport, legal, dual citizenship, and civil registry services to the Filipino community at the Elks Lodge in Newport. The outreach was organized by the PCGNY in cooperation with Fil-Am of Newport, Lingkod Timog, and Fil-Am Community of South Coast MA.
