Kalayaan Hall, New York 27 July 2017 – During the culminating program for the 19th Paaralan sa Konsulado (PSK) held last July 22, the Consulate General led by Deputy Consul General Felipe F. Carino III and officers and members of the Association of FilAm Teachers of America Inc. (AFTA) led by current President Dr. Roxanne Cajigas, welcomed about 50 school-age children who participated in a multi-disciplinary Philippine cultural and heritage program for five Satudays during the school summer break in the U.S.
