2018 Foreign Service Officers Examinations

Post is now accepting applications for the 2018 Foreign Service Officers Examinations, which will be held on 28 January 2018.
The deadline for submission is on 01 December 2017. An application fee of Php500.00(or US$10.03 - subject to exchange rate adjustment) is required. Post advises all those interested to visit the link for more information.

08 April 2013, New York – The Filipino Intercollegiate Networking Dialogue (FIND) held another successful Annual Spring Conference hosted by FIND-District 1 (New England) at Harvard University on 6 April 2013. FIND was founded in 1992 as a network of Filipino-American students based in colleges in the US East Coast, mainly in the Northeast Region.

01 April 2013, New York – The Philippine Consulate General in cooperation with the United Nations-based organization UN Staff Recreational Council - Philippine Cultural Society (UNSCR-PCS) celebrated International Women's Month with a screening of "A Mother's Story" at the Kalayaan Hall of the Philippine Center on March 27.

The Philippine Consulate General and the Philippine Department of Tourism (PDOT) in New York joined the Beneath the Sea Travel Show held on 22 to 24 March 2013 at the Meadowlands Convention Center in Secaucus, New Jersey. The travel show is the largest of its kind in Northeast USA and attracts about 14,000 diver and non-diver visitors yearly.

27 March 2013, New York – Filipino-American singer, songwriter and musical prodigy Lourds Lane met with Philippine Consulate General officials to introduce her original musical "Chix 6".
