2018 Foreign Service Officers Examinations

Post is now accepting applications for the 2018 Foreign Service Officers Examinations, which will be held on 28 January 2018.
 
The deadline for submission is on 01 December 2017. An application fee of Php500.00(or US$10.03 - subject to exchange rate adjustment) is required. Post advises all those interested to visit the link for more information.

The Philippines’ recent participation at the New York Times Travel Show (NYTTS), held on 18 to 20 January 2013 at Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City, saw a bigger turn-out of guests visiting the Philippine booth compared to the previous years.

Consul General Mario L. De Leon, Jr. hosted a dinner for the officials of the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the New York Police Department (NYPD) to celebrate the signing of the PNP-NYPD Memorandum of Understanding on Cooperation in Preventing and Combating Transnational Crimes. The dinner was held on 23 January 2013 at a restaurant in Manhattan in New York City.

Consul General Mario De Leon, Jr. and Ms. Judy Arteche-Carr of the New York-based Philippine BPO-IT Council co-hosted a Business Networking Reception at the Consul General’s official residence on 16 January 2013.  The event, attended by about forty (40) executives from financial, health, technology and consultancy firms, jumpstarted this year’s joint efforts of the Philippine Consulate General and the Philippine BPO-IT Council to increase awareness of US companies on global sourcing opportunities in the Philippines. EXL Service, a transformation and outsourcing services company with operations in the US, Philippines and other countries, co-sponsored the event.
