New York, 5 June 2012 – The Philippine Consulate General in New York and the Philippine Center Management Board (PCMB) jointly organized an exhibit of works by the famous Blanco Family of artists from Angono, Rizal at the Philippine Center Lobby Gallery as part of the celebration of the 114th anniversary of the Proclamation of Philippine Independence.
