Applicants wishing to submit their visa application by mail should comply with all the appropriate visa requirements. In addition, their accomplished visa application form must be duly notarized by licensed notary public in the applicant's place of legal residence.
Applicants should also submit a self-addressed and stamped return envelope (preferably certified mail or priority mail). Envelopes with metered stamps will not be accepted.
Please allow one to two weeks for processing. The Consulate General will not be responsible for any delay or loss of documents in the mail.
