Note: The status of your passport application as indicated in the Passport Tracking System is FINAL, and will PREVAIL over the estimated waiting period provided to you during your application.

  • Your tracking number is not available; if it has not yet been 4-6 weeks since your passport application, try again later. If it has been more than six weeks, please email newyorkpcg.passportreleasing@dfa.gov.ph for your passport status inquiry.

    NOTICE For Passport Releasing: If you received a SMS notification or if the status is AVAILABLE, please set an appointment to pick up your passport.

    If you opted for courier, please check your old passport if it has been cancelled. Otherwise, you need to send your "old" passport to the Consulate for cancellation. Both old and new passports will be mailed to you.
