 Releasing of Passports: 

Option 1. By In-Person Pick Up

Please bring a self-addressed return envelope with appropriate stamps for express or priority mail, and with tracking number via the US Postal Service.

 

For those who have applied for their passports pre-COVID-19, please check the Passport Release Tracking Service System to monitor the status of your passport:http://www.newyorkpcg.org/our-services/passport-release-tracking

 

We will hold on to the passports for up to six (6) months until you are ready to pick them up. However, applicants, who urgently need their passports can have their passports mailed to them instead. Please send a self-addressed, stamped, flat rate priority envelope with tracking number to the following address:

Please include your claim stub. If your current/latest passport is not yet cancelled, please include it, and we will mail back both the cancelled and new passports to you as soon as we feasibly can.

 Option 2. Obtain an Apostille Certificate 

An Apostille Certificate could be obtained from the Office of the Secretary of State which has jurisdiction over your place of residence. Please visit the official website of Office of the Secretary of State for instructions.

A document that is either Apostilled or Consularized will be given legal recognition in the Philippines.
