Once the Consulate confirms availability of the applicant\u2019s records, the applicant will be requested to send the payment of US$25.00 per document which shall be in the form of bank draft, cashier\u2019s check or money order payable to the Philippine Consulate General (personal checks and credit cards are not accepted)\u00a0<strong>AND<\/strong>\u00a0a pre-paid, self-addressed USPS Priority\/Priority Express Return Envelope. Once mailed, the applicant should inform the Consulate of the tracking number of the envelope for easy reference.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note that this service cannot be rushed as it often requires a search through our archives.
