The services offered during Serbisyo Sabado sa Konsulado are:<\/p>

  1. Philippine passport processing (new, renewal and amendment of entries)<\/strong><\/li>
  2. Notarization\/NBI Clearance Services<\/strong><\/li>
  3. Reacquisition\/Retention of Philippine citizenship<\/strong><\/li><\/ol>

    In addition, the Consulate also offers information dissemination on some projects and programs that might be of interest to the Filipino community, including Registration as Overseas Voters<\/strong> in upcoming Philippine national elections as well as Social Security System (SSS)<\/strong> matters.<\/p>

    The Consulate does not accept applications for visa during Serbisyo Sabado sa Konsulado.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

    The applicant must personally appear at the Consulate located at\u00a0556 Fifth Avenue, New Y<\/u>ork, NY 10036<\/u>\u00a0on his appointment day and\u00a0time and bring the following:<\/p>

    1. Proof of appointment<\/li>
    2. Print-out of the duly-accomplished application form.\u00a0Please visit\u00a0http:\/\/newyorkpcg.org\/pcgny\/forms-2\/<\/a><\/span>\u00a0to download the appropriate application form for a particular Consular Service.<\/i><\/li>
    3. All the original and one (1) copy of each required documents.\u00a0Please visit\u00a0http:\/\/newyorkpcg.org\/pcgny\/consular-services\/<\/a>\u00a0<\/span>for information about the required documents for\u00a0 a particular Consular Service.<\/i><\/li>
    4. Payment in the form of cash or money order payable to the Philippine Consulate General in New York (personal check will not be accepted).<\/li>
    5. Self-addressed stamped or pre-paid priority USPS envelope, preferably sized 10\u2033x6\u2033 or 12.5\u2033x9.5\u2033 (Metered stamps will not accepted as they expire.)<\/li><\/ol>

      For safety precautions, applicants are required to wear at all times a face mask when inside the Philippine Center building.<\/i><\/span><\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div>
