informs all accredited media entities, poll watchers, election observers, and the public that pursuant to Commission on Elections (COMELEC) letter Number OFOV-2022-0980 dated 02 May 2022, the Consulate is authorized to use the contingency Vote Counting Machines (VCMs) to feed postal ballots simultaneously with the main VCMs. This is to ensure the timely counting of all ballots that the Consulate has been receiving.<\/p><p>The authorization is also extended to allow the simultaneous use of all VCMs for the printing of election returns and other counting related activities on Monday,
