The Consulate General of the Philippines in New York informs qualified kababayan who were not able to come to the Consulate on Saturday, 07 May 2022, to personally receive and accomplish their ballots that they may be accommodated on Sunday, 08 May 2022, from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. to be able to do so.<\/p>

Before proceeding to the Consulate, said registered voters must first check if their names are indicated in the COMELEC\u2019s Certified List of Voters (CLOV), which can be accessed here: https:\/\/newyorkpcg.org\/pcgny\/consular-services\/overseas-voting\/<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>

Those whose names are indicated in said list should bring with them the following:<\/p>

1. Duly accomplished affidavit\/undertaking: https:\/\/newyorkpcg.org\/pcgny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/OV_Affidavit-of-Undertaking.pdf<\/a><\/strong>;<\/p>

2. Duly accomplished OVF-1: https:\/\/newyorkpcg.org\/pcgny\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Overseas-Voting-Form-1.pdf<\/a><\/strong>;<\/p>

3. Copy of Philippine passport or Philippine citizenship re-acquisition documents; and<\/p>

4. Copy of proof of change address or current address (e.g., utility bill or driver\u2019s license)<\/p>

Said voters must accomplish the ballot on the Consulate\u2019s premises and drop the ballot in the designated drop box on the above-stated date and time.<\/p>

Kababayan who have registered but whose names are not in the CLOV are requested to email the COMELEC directly at ov.concerns@comelec.gov.ph<\/a><\/strong>.<\/p>
