Notarization and Dual Citizenship services \u2014 accessible through the website: https:\/\/www.newyorkpcg.co\/oas \u2014 will be permanently suspended. Please note that the Consulate will no longer honor any payments made through this online system after this date.<\/p><p>We are currently in the process of developing a new, more efficient online appointment and payment system and will notify the public as soon as it becomes available. In the interim, all payments must be made in cash, money order, or cashier&#8217;s check payable to the Philippine Consulate General in New York.
