The Philippine Consulate General in New York invites interested applicants for the position of Project-Term Personnel to assist in the Continuing Overseas Registration for the 2028 National Elections in the Philippines.<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div>
Duties and Responsibilities:<\/span><\/div><\/div>
– Assist in marketing campaigns to promote awareness of the on-going Overseas Voting;<\/span><\/div>
– Encode the names and contact details of Filipinos through Post’s registrations activities;<\/span><\/div>
– Prepare materials for Overseas Voting; and<\/span><\/div>
– Perform other functions in support of the Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI).<\/span><\/div>
\u00a0<\/div><\/div>
Prospective applicants must possess the following qualifications:<\/span><\/div><\/div>
a) Filipino citizen of legal age and with regular status;<\/span><\/div>
b) No criminal record;<\/span><\/div>
c) Able to operate IT equipment and peripherals;<\/span><\/div>
d) Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino;<\/span><\/div>
e) Sufficient experience of working in a team in a customer-facing service setting; and<\/span><\/div>
f) Sufficient reporting and writing skills.<\/span><\/div>

Contract is for six days a week, and working hours of eight hours daily, with projected start date on 07 January 2026 for a term of three months (renewable subject to performance appraisal). Projected monthly salary is USD 2,640.<\/span><\/div>
