with the\u00a0Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA)\u00a0and the\u00a0Coconut Farmers and Industry Development Plan (CFIDP), successfully held \u201cThe Filipino Table: A Coconut Feast\u201d at Tradicionale, a Filipino-Spanish restaurant in New York City on 10 June 2026.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Promoted under the\u00a0Coconut Philippines\u00a0brand\u2014an initiative advancing the country\u2019s coconut industry by supporting farmers, driving innovation, and expanding global appreciation\u2014the exclusive dinner gathered members of the consular corps, media, culinary professionals, importers, and trade stakeholders.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size: 12pt;\">Guests were welcomed with coconut-based cocktails featuring\u00a0Boracay Coconut Rum, alongside refreshing servings of\u00a0Vita Coco Coconut Water, followed by a multi-course dinner consisting of <em>kinilaw<\/em>,\u00a0<em>laing<\/em>, <em>adobo<\/em>, and <em>Bicol express<\/em>\u00a0all with coconut ingredients.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-family: georgia, palatino; font-size:
