Updated Postage Rate for Return Envelopes of Consular Documents
The Philippine Consulate General in New York informs the public that, effective 13 July 2025, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has increased the postage rate for Priority Mail Flat Rate Envelopes to $11.00.
The rate for Priority Mail Express Flat Rate Envelopes remains at $32.00.
Clients submitting self-addressed USPS envelopes for consular transactions, such as passport applications, civil registry, or notarial services, are reminded to ensure that their postage is sufficient under the new rate.
Please note that the Consulate does not sell or provide postage. Clients must include the correct postage with their return envelopes to prevent delays or issues with their transactions.
