Job Vacancy for Voter Registration Assistant
The Philippine Consulate General in New York invites interested applicants for the position of Project-Term Personnel to assist in the Continuing Overseas Registration for the 2028 National Elections in the Philippines.
Duties and Responsibilities:
– Assist in marketing campaigns to promote awareness of the on-going Overseas Voting;
– Encode the names and contact details of Filipinos through Post’s registrations activities;
– Prepare materials for Overseas Voting; and
– Perform other functions in support of the Special Board of Election Inspectors (SBEI).
Prospective applicants must possess the following qualifications:
a) Filipino citizen of legal age and with regular status;
b) No criminal record;
c) Able to operate IT equipment and peripherals;
d) Good command of spoken and written English and Filipino;
e) Sufficient experience of working in a team in a customer-facing service setting; and
f) Sufficient reporting and writing skills.
Contract is for six days a week, and working hours of eight hours daily, with projected start date on 07 January 2026 for a term of three months (renewable subject to performance appraisal). Projected monthly salary is USD 2,640.
