Suspension of ePayment System for Notarization and Dual Citizenship Services The Philippine Consulate General in New York informs the public that, effective 05 August 2024, the online appointment and payment system for Notarization and Dual Citizenship services — accessible through the website: https://www.newyorkpcg.co/oas — will be permanently suspended. Please note that the Consulate will no longer honor any payments made through this online system after this date. We are currently in the process of developing a new, more efficient online appointment and payment system and will notify the public as soon as it becomes available. In the interim, all payments must be made in cash, money order, or cashier's check payable to the Philippine Consulate General in New York. Applicants may set an appointment by scanning the appropriate QR code. The consular outreach was conducted on 20 July 2024 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. at the Philippine Center in West Mifflin, PA. The mission served over 80 Filipinos residing in Pittsburgh, and nearby states like Ohio and West Virginia.
