Public Advisory on Quarantine Testing for Fully Vaccinated Travelers from “Green” Countries
ADVISORY No. 13-2021 6 July 2021 PUBLIC ADVISORY ON QUARANTINE TESTING FOR FULLY VACCINATED TRAVELERS FROM "GREEN" COUNTRIES With reference to Resolution No. 123-C, Series of 2021 dated 28 June 2021, of the Inter-Agency Task Force for the Management of Emerging Infectious Diseases of the Republic of the Philippines, fully vaccinated travelers going to the Philippines, including those vaccinated in the Philippines regardless of travel history, and those vaccinated abroad who stayed exclusively in "green" countries/jurisdictions in the past fourteen days immediately preceding arrival, shall be governed by the following guidelines: "Green" countries/jurisdictions are those classified by the Department of Health as "Low Risk" countries/jurisdictions based on disease incidence rate. To view the list of green countries, read IATF Resolution No. 124-A dated 30 June 2021. Iceland is included in the list of green countries. Fully vaccinated travelers are persons who have had: A. More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received the second dose in a 2-dose series, or B. More than or equal to 2 weeks after having received a single-dose vaccine.
