The consular outreach was conducted on 20 July 2024 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm. at the Philippine Center in West Mifflin, PA. The mission served over 80 Filipinos residing in Pittsburgh, and nearby states like Ohio and West Virginia. The outreach mission was conducted in partnership with the Filipino-American Association of Pittsburgh, Inc. (FAAP), led by its President, Ms. Lani Mears.
