Great news for registered overseas voters in the US! You can now participate in the upcoming 2025 Philippine national elections through online voting—no need for paper ballots!

If you are registered with the Philippine Consulate General in New York, you’ll be able to vote for senators and party-list representatives from the convenience of your electronic devices, wherever you are.

Please note that the link is geo-blocked in the Philippines.

As announced by the Commission on Elections (COMELEC), all overseas voters are required to complete their pre-voting enrollment on or before 07 May 2025 to verify their identity and ensure access to the OVCS during the official overseas voting period from 13 April to 12 May 2025.

Voters may also familiarize themselves with the system through the test voting feature, available until 12 April 2025.

Accreditation of Mass Media Entities and Civil Society Partners for the 2025 Philippine National Elections' Overseas Voting

Pursuant to COMELEC Resolution No. 11082, the Philippine Consulate General in New York informs the public that it will accept applications for accreditation of media entities and civil society partners or volunteers for the 2025 Philippine National Elections overseas until 05 April 2025, in accordance with the following definitions:

Media Entities refer to local media, international media, and or other media that intend to report on the conduct of the 2025 National Elections overseas.

Civil Society Partners refer to overseas Filipino communities, non-government organizations, civil society group, that wish to be involved in voter information campaigns and information dissemination during the overseas voting period.
