PASSPORT STATUS TRACKER
This page is for tracking the status of your passport application. It provides information on whether your passport is still being processed, available for pick up or mailing, or has already been mailed.
To use this service:
- Enter the “check number” found on your receipt and/or passport claim stub, which will be issued to you after completion of your passport application.
2. The following status may appear:
PROCESSING (passport application is currently being processed);
AVAILABLE (passport is already at the Consulate ready for pick up or mailing); or
MAILED (passport has already been sent out by the Consulate to the applicant whose old passport has been cancelled and who provided a self-addressed stamped envelope at the time of passport application).
What to do next if status says "AVAILABLE"
For applicant whose old passport has not been cancelled and/or who did not provide a return envelope at the time of passport application, please mail to the Consulate said uncancelled passport and/or self-addressed prepaid envelope.
For applicant whose old passport has been cancelled and who provided a return envelope at the time of passport application, please wait for the new passport to be mailed to you.
Once Consulate sends out the new passport, the status would change to "MAILED." Please refer to the courier tracking number on your return envelope to track the package.

The status of your passport application indicated in the Consulate's Passport Tracking System is FINAL and will PREVAIL over the estimated waiting period indicated on your passport claim stub at the time of your application.
