The Philippine Consulate General in New York accepts the following payment methods:
1. Cash;
2. Debit and Credit cards; Mobile payments; and
3. Company Check or money order payable to the Philippine Consulate General in New York. We do not accept personal checks at this time.
As a matter of policy, no refund will be made for services already rendered.
