from the consul general
Filipino-American community organizations registered with the Philippine Consulate General in New York may request for a greeting or congratulatory message from the Consul General which can be used for souvenir programs and other publications of said organization. Requests for messages are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and messages are given at the discretion of the Office of the Consul General.
