Please be aware of the following notice on the landing page when you first scheduled your dual citizenship appointment:
“All fees are none-refundable. Fees will be forfeited for applicants who do not attend their confirmed appointment, cancel their appointment, have their application rejected due to inconsistencies, incorrect or incomplete information, present discrepant, spurious, or insufficient core documents.”
To secure another appointment, you will need to schedule a new one.
