ART EXHIBIT “SHARED VISION” ON DISPLAY
AT THE PHILIPPINE CENTER IN NEW YORK

New York, 21 September 2022 – The Philippine Consulate General in New York and the Philippine Center New York are showcasing an Art Exhibit “Shared Vision”, a collaboration among Philippine-based and New York-based artists, at the lobby gallery of the Philippine Center.

The exhibit runs from 19 to 30 September 2022. Among the featured artists are Philippine-based artists Celso Pepito, Fe Pepito, and Marlowe Villagonzalo, and New York-based Luis Caraos, Bobby Yalong, and Philippine Center Management Board (PCMB) employee Romeo Cortez.

An opening reception was held on Tuesday, 20 September 2022 at 6:30pm at the Philippine Center Lobby Gallery. Deputy Consul General Arman R. Talbo, in his remarks, said that the art show is a celebration of the talent and creativity of Filipino artists and creatives. He emphasized that the Philippine Center is the home in New York of Filipinos who would like to showcase their art.
