The Philippine Consulate General in New York announces that it has received Digital Overseas Voters’ IDs from COMELEC for registered voters within its jurisdiction.

To check if you are a registered overseas voter under the Consulate, please refer to the Certified List of Overseas Voters (as of 31 March 2024), which can be accessed by clicking the link https://tinyurl.com/nyclov or scanning the QR code.

To request a copy of your digital overseas voter’s ID, please email newyorkpcg.ov@dfa.gov.ph with the following details:

Subject: Request for Digital OV ID
Body: Include your FULL NAME and DATE OF BIRTH.

Please note that no printed copies will be provided. Those who require a physical copy must download and print the file themselves.
