11 May 2018, New York – The Department of Foreign Affairs, through the Philippine Consulate General in New York, has extended financial help to the family of the late Primo Ramos, who died in Jersey City in February 2018. Consul Kerwin Orville C. Tate, Acting Head of the Philippine Consulate General in New York, handed a check to the widow, Mrs. Evangeline Ramos, for Mr. Ramos’ funeral and repatriation of remains to La Union.
