This transition aims to further enhance the efficiency and convenience of consular services for the Filipino community. Effective today, 05 September, all Notarization and Dual Citizenship Services appointments and payments will be managed through the new system. This updated platform will allow clients to easily schedule appointments and make payments online, ensuring a more seamless and secure process.
