PHILIPPINE CONSULATE GENERAL IN NEW YORK AND NEW YORK UNIVERSITY SIGN THE DEED OF DONATION The Philippine Consulate General in New York announces the successful signing of the Deed of Donation to New York University (NYU) for their Philippine Studies Initiative, named Sulô. The signing ceremony took place on 20 December 2023 at the NYU’s King Juan Carlos Center, marking the continued collaboration between the Philippine Government and the NYU. The Deed of Donation, signed by Consul General Senen T. Mangalile and Mr. Ryan Hiers of the NYU Office of Sponsored Programs, transfers to the NYU a substantial contribution from the Office of Senator Loren Legarda in of the Philippine Studies Initiative at NYU.
