NEW YORK 10 June 2019 – The Filipino Executive Council of Greater Philadelphia (FECGP), the umbrella organization for Filipinos in the Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey area, commemorated the 121st anniversary of the proclamation of Philippine independence with a Mass at the St, Augustine Church on Sunday, 09 June 2019.

Atty. Melencio Sta. Maria Jr., who is Dean of the Far Eastern University Institute of Law, Professor of Law at Ateneo de Manila College of Law, a columnist for Manila Bulletin, and a broadcaster for TV5 and Radyo5, among his other concurrent occupations, served as PCGNY's distinguished resource person.
