NEW YORK, 11 June 2018 – The Philippine Consulate General in New York (PCGNY) hosted the 6th Annual Philippine Graduation (PGRAD) last 9 June 2018 at the Philippine Center Kalayaan Hall. The PGRAD is one of the PCGNY’s legacy projects for the Filipino-American youth.
